All features of Luty — including watermark application, batch processing, and color palette extraction — operate entirely on your device. Your photos and palettes are stored locally in your device's storage and are never uploaded to any server.

Luty offers an optional one-time purchase ("Luty Pro") processed through Google Play. Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play and is never seen or stored by us. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is managed.
Luty does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service involved is Google Play for app distribution and in-app purchases.
Luty is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
